45 – 49
50 – 54
55 – 59
60 – 64
65 – 69
70 – 74
75+
There are also relay divisions (teams of 2-3 athletes, each completing a leg of the triathlon).
AWARDS / MEDALS
Overall Awards are given to overall winners for the Triathlon, Trail Run, Aquathlon and Ocean Swim.
Age Group Awards are given to age group winners for the Triathlon and Trail Run only.
